Story of LOOT City: A remote city known for particularly its citizens. Every citizen that moved to LOOT City is searching for "The LOOT of Their Dreams." The difference between each citizen is that they have their own unique treasure. 

The Mayor: The only image available is the masked being that symbolizes his persona. His image is plastered all over the city, but he has not been seen in person by any citizen.
